The forum has been down for the last couple days. I finally got around to calling the hosting company about why the password wouldnt work. It wouldn't let me log in to upload an important 'view topic' page. It's working again. I think the file may have something wrong with it, which is why it keeps being deleted so I'll be working on it.

it was only like 5 days. maybe just 4. lol everyone HAD to have the problem considering the viewtopic.php file was not even on the server. lol any time you view a topic, it goes to that page so there's no way around it. ohh well its back now. hopefully it wont happen again. the initial problem was an FTP hack attempt on the server and that file was infected so the hosting company server automatically deleted it.
